A Brief History

How It All Began.

Hacker Engineering, Inc. was founded by David Hacker in 1980. Now, with more than forty years' personal experience in engineering and surveying in Southern California, his foresight was visionary: To build a foundation for excellence.

Today, he is the Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Project Manager. Later joined by his son, someone that shared his father’s vision, Michael Hacker is now the organization’s Chief Executive Officer and a central figure in the company’s daily operations. In addition, he is a Project Engineer.

Over the years, both David Hacker and Michael Hacker have been closely involved in countless projects from public works and assessment districts, flood control and pipeline projects to numerous residential developments including major master site plans as well as championship and executive golf courses.

Well into its third decade of service, Hacker Engineering, Inc. is proud to continue its long-held tradition of serving the needs of clients first. Now, as then, Hacker Engineering, Inc. continues to lead the way with quality engineering through exceptional design and dedicated teamwork.
